Family conflict can feel overwhelming, especially when communication has broken down.

Family mediation offers a structured and impartial space where both people can discuss important matters with the support of a neutral professional. The aim is to help families improve communication, reduce conflict, and reach practical agreements that feel workable for everyone involved—particularly when children are affected.

As a trained family mediator working towards accreditation, I support families navigating separation, parenting disagreements, communication difficulties, and conflict resolution.

My background in psychotherapy and previous experience supporting families allows me to bring a calm, thoughtful, and balanced approach to difficult conversations.

As a trained family mediator and psychotherapist, I understand both the practical and emotional impact of conflict. My role in mediation remains impartial while helping both parties communicate more effectively and move toward workable outcomes.

Mediation may help with:

  • Parenting arrangements for children

  • Communication difficulties between co-parents

  • Separation and divorce discussions

  • Child routines and living arrangements

  • Holidays and special occasions

  • Schooling decisions

  • Financial discussions following separation

  • Reducing ongoing conflict

  • Creating practical agreements for the future

You do not need to be in severe conflict to benefit from mediation. Sometimes families simply need a neutral space to have conversations that feel too difficult to manage alone.
